I work collaboratively with clients to find the “best fit” in therapeutic treatment methods to address their concerns. I have been a therapist for more than 20 years and I am the author of the book ” The Toolbox for Grief and Loss”. I use clinically effective methods which include: CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), EMDR ( eye movement desensitization reprocessing) and strategies used by the Gottman Institute for couple counseling.
